I was so excited to find this blog recently, through the 2009 Ultimate Blog Party. Amy Ellen is a Christian Mom who is also a "Wellness Consultant." I personally do a lot of reading about health and diet and it can often get very confusing. There are many differing viewpoints, especially when someone has something to gain (like industries). That's why I so greatly appreciate having a Christian Mom who's done lots of research and has experienced a great change in her health along her path to healthy living. She gives great resources and websites to visit and also makes a point to answer her readers' questions. Anytime I have a question on a "health" product, I shoot it her way and am often impressed by the depth she goes into and the research she has read. This site is probably not for the frugal minded, although she does do a good job of giving tips on keeping an organic, healthy eating budget under control. I highly recommend this blog!
