Blog Review: Money Saving Mom

This week's review is of Money Saving Mom. I decided I really should do this one first, since it's the website that got me started on this path of coupons and blogging. I didn't even know much about what blogs were until I read her blogging for profit series.

Money Saving Mom's site is a great all around money focused blog. She doesn't go in depth on financial type things but she does focus on listing great deals for stores, freebies that can be found online or locally and printable coupons. She also gives many sites for the more in depth finances stuff (like Fave Ramsey). Money Saving Mom is a great place for beginners to start to understand the couponing and frugal world. I really do mean world. It can be like learning a whole new language and sometimes it feels like I'm working on a Bachelor's degree in coupons, but Money Saving Mom is one of the great sites that really breaks it down for beginners.

Some of her regular posts include Giveaways Galore (usually Wednesdays), Super Saving Saturdays and Menu Plan Monday. Some of these regular posts and link ups can offer real inspiration and help for people just embarking on frugal shopping and cooking, plus for you seasoned ones as well!
