You can go to www.orgjunkie.com to see other people's plans for the week and recipes!Well, last week's plan went out the window, but with our current motto being "spend nothing or very little" this month, I think I'll be sticking to a much tighter plan around here. :) It's a new month, so a new month of supposed seasonal produce (although, apparently kumquats aren't really seasonal in February).
March Produce:
Artichokes
Asparagus
Avocados
Bananas
Broccoli
Kumquats (ha!)
Lettuce
Mushrooms
Spinach
Hmm.... not too promising, except for the avocados. Any way, here are the meals I hope to accomplish this week!
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Cauliflower Soup (hopefully not as awful as it sounds!)
Wednesday: Potato Corn Chowder (for the couple) with Wheat Bread

Breakfasts are usually just cereal, frozen homemade waffles or sometimes scrambled eggs. Lunches are usually leftovers, salad or sandwiches with fruit.
