Kindness Giveaway

As I talked about last week, I am going to be doing a different kind of giveaway and I will continue it this week. It is so easy to forget the value of giving to others because life gets in the way, especially as moms! Some days, the only little person I see all day is my daughter! So in an effort to give back some people around the blogosphere are doing all kinds of fun things like mystery giveaways and "not-so-random" acts of kindness. Giving doesn't have to be expensive or time consuming and I intend to prove it!

Here's how it'll work: Enter the giveaway (details below) and I'll contact you about your mailing address. Then, sometime in the next while (say within a year) I will randomly send you something fun in the mail. I won't say what: it could be chocolate, giftcards, some homemade cards or gifts, some coupons, or products from my stockpile, etc. It could be next week or in a few months. It'll be like a surprise on your birthday! Perhaps I'll do some posts about what comes out of this so that everyone can see how easy it is to bless someone else and make their day. When you receive your mystery "prize" just stop by and let me know how you liked it, if it blessed you, etc. All I ask is that you consider how you too can be a blessing to others through simple giving and thoughfulness and feel free to leave your comments and advice on how to do so.

All you have to do to enter is to leave your name and email in a comment on this post. (If you entered last week, don't worry, I already have your info kept!) Tell me a little about yourself (your likes and dislikes, children, hobbies, do you have a weakness for chocolate, do you love to coupon, etc) so I can know more about the awesome people around the blogosphere and have a better idea of what to giveaway.
