"That they (the older women) admonish the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed." Titus 2:4-5

That's a good selection of fruits but February seems to suck for veggies.

A kumquat is a fruit but honestly I see it more often in liqueurs or other liquids or prepared items like sauces or jellies than whole and fresh.

It's a weird fruit. Technically a citrus, but you can eat the the entire thing, including the rind (well, not the seeds). The peel is sweet but the flesh inside is sour. I wouldn't know what to do with one if I bought it.

I agree, it seems apples and oranges and such are abundant lately! LoL. Kumquats do sound like a weird food. Maybe they have them in health food stores like Whole Foods, but I don't think I've seen them around anywhere else. Maybe I'll get one just to try it out! :)
