Prove yourself faithful in what you have to do today, in this moment, and then God will bring along opportunities when He decides that you're ready. It's so easy to try and jump ahead of ourselves. Rest in the fact that God knows all that you are able to bear and focus on moving forward tiny step by tiny little step.

Oooh. I like. I was just thinking about that this afternoon. Each time we're moved from one spot in life to another, I wonder - did I make the most of the way it was? Did I do the best I could? Each time, I'm reminded of exactly this - be faithful where you are.
